Annoying premature ejaculation

Category: Men's Health

Premature ejaculation is a term meaning unable to hold back the ejaculation until both you and your partner come to a common ground. Its not a shameful thing, although having it when you are in relationship will create problems.
The real definition for it is the uncontrollable release of seminal fluid from the penis that occurs before and immediately after penetration and with the least stimulation. Note though, when having sex for the first time and ejaculating relatively quickly shouldn’t be confused with premature ejaculation, which is constant and needs treatment.
This condition is very common amongst young men, and if the problem keeps on occurring then not only will he feel that his performance in the bedroom is questionable, but the condition can lead to impotence. A percentage 30 to 40 of adult men have the problem. Causes are mainly psychological, where you may have had a bad experience for instance, fear of being discovered as an individual who suffers from it.
Some men just cannot control their timing, in a sense that whilst having sex they are so Overwhelmed by sexual thoughts that they just can not help ejaculating. Obviously the more sex you have the more you may learn to control your ejaculations. Overall it is all about knowing your own body and how to control it. As mentioned above premature ejaculation can disappear once in a long term relationship but if it doesnt there are certain natural methods of controlling it.
(1) The squeeze method- begins with self stimulation of the penis, then motionless intercourse begins. then to intercourse with both partners moving. This technique requires the man’s penis to be stimulated to ejaculation, and when the man is about to ejaculate, the partner squeezes just below the head of the penis hard enough for him to lose his erection.
This method has its disadvantages, such as he partner must be cooperative, and secondly you will have to find the right moment.
(2) Bio-feedback therapy involves getting the male to control the muscles that control ejaculation. The downside is purely the fact that many men are unable to achieve control.
(3) Drug therapy- highly unadvisable! the use of anti-depressants such as Anafronil, Prozac, and zoloft have increased ejaculation by a maximum of ten minutes, but is dangerous and harmful to the liver.
